Large Vintage Murano Carlo Moretti / Style Marbled Hooped Art Glass Vase C1970's. It has the feel of Carlo  Moretti and I have seen a similar ruffled top vase on '1st dibs' attributed to C. Moretti.

The piece measures 25 cm X 12 cm at its widest diameter and is in excellent vintage condition.
