Classic Antique Victorian Lincoln Rocker, upholstered fabric. Wood is in very good condition, fabric on the seat, back and rear of the chair is in good condition. Chair is covered on the seat and back in fabric ivory base with gold, green and brown hues. The padded arms are slightly loose and could be re-glued. 

This rocker has been in the upstairs foyer of the B&B at Green Glen for the past 3 decades, prior to that it was part of our ancestors' house in Binghampton, NY. 

Measuring approximately 22.0" W x 40.0" H x 36.0" D. With a seat height of 16", weighs approximately 40 lbs. The seat narrows quite a bit in the back. The back of the seat is approximately 16" wide and the front of the seat is 21".
