Front of the storyboard is a drawing of Gotham City Scene at night featuring the tall buildings in the background with lit city buildings.  In the forefront looks to be a roof or a street scene near warehouse.   

 

Inside the plastic black container at the top of the story board are 12 different colorful magnetic characters.  

The set has been stored  for last few years.   The board itself is soft and has some indentations, lines and pressures on it which do not really show unless you lay it flat to look at it.
