Please remember Responsibility for the tiles passes to you on signing for receipt of the order. Check your tiles carefully when they are delivered for any signs of damage as we must be notified within 48 hours of you receiving your order if the damage is present.  Failure to do so will render any transit damage claim void.

WE STRONGLY ADVISE – if the delivery driver will not wait for you to check your tiles in his presence, you must sign for the delivery as Driver couldn’t wait. Goods may be damaged.

Cartons of tiles can be heavy so please assess the weight before picking them up.

If you are using a tiler, we recommend one is not booked until after tiles have been delivered and checked.
