Live on arrival guarantee:

 Our live fish come with an arrival guarantee on all orders. There are some requirements that need to be met to in order to receive   reimbursement for the sale price of the fish only.  Our requirements are as follows:

 1. Clear photos and video of the DOA fish in the original sealed bag must be submitted 2 hours of FIRST delivery attempt sent via         ebay messenger (no exceptions). 

 2. We will credit the value of the sell price of the DOA fish or fishes only. We do not credit the value of the shipping.
