On September 27, 2022, Ukrposhta put into circulation the first two stamps of the new tenth edition of standard postage stamps called "Pysanky", which will be in postal circulation for the next 5 years and will gradually replace the stamps of the ninth edition "Coats of arms of cities, towns, villages of Ukraine". Standard postage stamps are issued by postal operators in mass editions, and they are intended, first of all, to pay for postal items.

The first two stamps of the "Pysanky" series with denominations "U" and "M" represent pysanky of the Lviv region and the village of Yavorivka Vinnychyna - exhibits of the National Center of Folk Culture "Ivan Honchar Museum". Each region of Ukraine has its own peculiarities in the decoration of Easter eggs, so the series of standard stamps will contain issues with samples of Easter eggs from different regions of Ukraine.

Pysanka is a cultural symbol of Ukraine and a unique work of folk art. Painting Easter eggs has ancient pagan roots. A bird's egg, like a tree, was considered a symbol of the spring awakening of nature, the birth of life, and the continuation of the family. In Ukraine, Easter eggs were painted with geometric shapes and signs: triangles, spirals, wedges, swastikas, tricorns, which were later transformed into ornaments. Depending on the decoration technique, painted eggs were called krashanka, krapanka, skryabanka, malovanka, and pysanka. The latter were signed using wax and dyes.

Coins and banknotes of Ukraine were gotten directly from the National Bank of Ukraine.
Stamps, envelopes from the national postal operator of Ukraine Ukrposhta, and postal envelope FDI postmark placed at the Main Post Office of Kyiv or received there.
Other vintage antiques are from various antique dealers and carefully checked to make sure they weren't fakes.

Delivery/shipping
All items will be carefully packaged and shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment. Buyer pay to ship. I do combined shipping for the miscellaneous items from different lots you have purchased in my store in one shipment.

Cost of delivery/shipping
Delivery/shipping cost depends on the weight of the items sent, and the shipping method such as regular mail, registered mail, registered mail with a declared value, and more. The buyer pays to ship.

Delivery/shipping addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct during checkout. Don't forget to include the postal code. I will send a package according to specified by your address.

Terms and delivery/shipping time
Delivery usually takes about 2-4 weeks.
Here is the approximate delivery time: for Europe: 1-3 weeks; USA and Canada 2-5 weeks; Asia and the rest of the world: 2-8 weeks
Please, note delivery time may vary depending on your location and time for customs clearance.

Delivery/shipping method
Each parcel will be shipped by international registered airmail from Kyiv, Ukraine. Each package parcel has a tracking number; it will be sent in the email notification after payment. Each parcel has a delivery confirmation. Ukrainian national carrier – Ukrposhta, asks for the contact phone number of the addressee for the registered letter. This is not necessary but very useful for fast processing and receipt by you of a registered letter.
Express shipping via an express delivery carrier such as DHL is UPS is available upon request. Please contact me if you need it before placing an order, so I can adjust the shipping cost. I combine multiple lots in bulk whenever possible. 

Customs fees and duties
Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping and purchasing to their country.

Return and exchange items
I like my clients to be happy, so let me know if you are unhappy. If you are not satisfied with your items/services for any reason, please contact for a claim before leaving feedback. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags, if possible, within 60 days of purchase.

I hope that you will receive your purchases safely and soundly!
But, if suddenly a situation arises that a package was delivered to you in a damaged form (wet, wrinkled, torn, or some other type of damage), you can refuse to receive it or immediately take a high-quality photo of the box/envelope from all sides. Carefully inspect the box for a postmark, indicating that the items have already arrived in the mail, damaged during international transportation. In some cases, an information letter from the post office representative may already be attached to the parcel. You must take a picture of this letter! With the postman who delivered the package to you, immediately draw up a damages statement or contact your post office to draw up such a statement and file a complaint. If, upon opening the package, you find that part of the attachment is missing or the package is copied, take high-quality photos from all sides of the package and contents. With these materials, contact the post office for obtaining a report on the theft of the contents of the package or part of it during transportation. Submit a claim and leave it to the carrier at the time of receipt of the items!
