Fisher Price Play Tea Set and Cake. This collection includes the Fisher Price tea set that consists of a talking and singing teapot, 2 smiling cups, a sweet brownie, a cake on a large blue platter and 2 plates with hearts along the edges. Make learning fun with this adorable collection!

The teapot has 3 modes. The first setting makes the sound of bubbling water then water filling up when the pot is tipped. When you lift the lid the pot giggles and when you shut it, it makes a clanking sound. When you you press the tea bag inside the teapot on this mode the tea pot plays a short melody. The second mode is music mode. When you flip modes the teapot says, “It’s music time” and when you press the tea bag the tea pot sings a song the song goes, “Time to share a pot of tea, some for you, some for me, let’s take turns and always say, please and thank you.” When you press the bag a second time then the tea pot sings a different song that goes, “ Tea, tea, tea for two, would you like to pour? Tip the pot into the cup and then we’ll have some more.” When you lift the lid music notes go up the scale and when you put the lid back down, music notes go down the scale. The tea pot goes through the scale when you pour your tea on this mode.

The third and final mode is learning. When you move to this mode the tea pot says, “It’s learning time” and when you press the tea bag, the tea pot sings a counting song about tea sets. When you open the lid on this mode the tea pot says either “open”, “hello” or “up” and when you close the lid the tea pot will either say “close”, “bye”, or “down”. When you pour your tea the pot makes a water pouring sound when you tip the pot downward and when you pull it back level the teapot says either, “Why, thank you” and then giggles, “Your very welcome” or “mmm…mmm more please”. When you lift the lid you will find a pink teabag in bubbling water. The tea pot has a beautiful design with flowers on it and has a slight scratch on the face. The 2 cups are purple and have a happy face just like the tea pot. The 2 plates are turquoise and pink and the larger platter is dark blue. The cake consists of 6 pieces of cake, 3 of which are cherry and the other 3 are strawberry. Please see pictures for more details.
