    Most orders delivered to an installer selected on the EBay store can be returned free of charge for up to 30 days after delivery. The products must be at the installer's location for pick-up. For replacement orders, the customer is responsible for any additional installation fees.

    Items cannot be returned if any of the following apply:

    • Products were used off road
    • Products have uneven wear or a difference of 2/32" between the grooves
    • Products have been altered in any way (siping, studs, etc.)
    • Misuse

    The following products can only be returned if unused/never mounted:

    • Wheels
    • Winter tires
    • Mostorsport tires

    ITEMS SHIPPED TO A HOME ADDRESS OR OTHER LOCATION
    Orders shipped to any location other than a Tirebuyer installer can be returned for up to 30 days after shipment.Only un-mounted, unused products can be returned.
    The following charges apply - shipping charges are deducted from your refund:

    • $7.50 per item for items dropped off at an approved FedEx location
    • $15.00 per item for FedEx pickup
