Our household has used these rice filled microwave heat packs for years. As we get older, that wonderful moist heat is a blessing on aching muscles and joints! 

What we have not liked about most of them is that they cannot be easily washed. So we hand-make these to our own specifications in order to solve this problem.

The core of the pad is made with a sturdy pre-washed cotton liner in which the rice is sealed. Over that, we add a soft polyester fleece cover that is easy to remove and wash. Our fleece washes beautifully and dries quickly. 

This set with a brown on blue camo theme fleece cover includes a larger pack and a medium size pack either of which can be used hot or cold and are unscented. Together, the set weighs just over 3 pounds.

The large heat pad is 9 x16"

The small heat pad is 7.5"x12.5"

These are entirely hand made in a smoke-free home. You will receive your item with complete instructions on washing and care.
