This is a vintage (Fall, 2003) zip front jacket from St. John Evening paired with black St. John Basics pleated front pants. It couldn't be a more perfect outfit for sipping hot buttered rum while lounging in the clubhouse after a day on the slopes (or just lounging). Both are St. John's beloved santana knit in a blend of wool and rayon. The jacket has a wide ribbed-knit neck/collar, yoke, hemline, and cuffs. Between the ribs, it is embellished with black - or gunmetal - square paillettes. In addition to more paillettes scattered about on the front and back of the jacket, the front is also embellished with sparkling snowflakes made from tiny faceted stones in dark glass and cut steel. Even the zipper pull resembles a snowflake set with tiny black rhinestones. The pants have an elastic waist, two small pleats on each side of center, slash pockets, and ever-so-barely tapered legs. Both pieces are labeled size 8. Please refer to the measurements for the best guidance regarding actual size.* These pieces are stretchy.
