ASUS X200MA INTEL CELERON N2830 @ 2.16GHz 4GB RAM 500GB HDD WIN-10H

When laptop was in regular use it was loaded with Ubuntu. The battery was replaced 3 months ago with a new one. While using Ubuntu, the battery worked. Completed a fresh install of Windows 10 to sell, and now the battery does not work. I feel as though it is software related but consider it non functioning.(I did reseat the battery, update drivers, etc)

Laptop includes factory charger block, clean install of Win10, currently username is User, password is User.
