Facing A's starter Marco Estrada, Mike Trout batted this precise baseball in the sixth inning for his first hit of the ballgame. The single accounts for Trout's second hit of the 2019 season and his 1189th career base hit. On the day, Trout went 2-for-4 with an intentional walk, a single, a double and two RBI. The productive performance propelled the Angels to a 6-2 road win.
