descrption

An antique Arts & Crafts table lamp by Bradley and Hubbard has stylized foliate and wave embossed metal base with a bronze patina. The lamp has dual socket c1920.

The Tiffany style shade has a beaded metal frame with alternating textured panels of amber and beige panels that are intended to look like slumped glass. The shade is not original to the lamp. The panels feel like a plastic, rather than glass; however, the frame is hand soldered and appears to be copper.

The Bradley & Hubbard name and trademark are molded into the base, as is the number “250”.

MEASUREMENTS

CONDITION

The lamp is tested and works. The wiring appears to be original but is in safe condition. There is mostly light wear to the bronze patina, except for a bit of peeling on two areas of the edge of the base, as well as a bit of corrosion in the same area. The metal final has a few scratches and a small chip to the very top. The shade has no cracks. Other than a few light scratches on the metal cap, there are no damages to the shade.
