Vintage HP5370A Universal Time Interval Counter - To be repaired

Particularity: relic from NASA / Deep Space Network of early 198x

Notes:

- display went up a few seconds after last power up in 2023. Remains down since then, all supplies voltages seem ok

- configurated for 230VAC

- some non original parts (fan, feet)

- use wear, some levers missing on boards, missing the metal bar that locks boards,... see pictures

- last time really used in 2016, then on shelf until it failed in 2023.

- no power cord, paper manual,...

- quite heavy (~ 15 kg)
