This sweet "grumpy griffin" pot is currently in my sun room with a plant in it.  It is lovely!  It is in great shape with a little wear around the rim to the gold, but it's not overt.  Also the gold paint is a little worn of the bottom of the feet.  Two of the blue diamonds on the shields look to be a little damaged.  The splotches inside the pot are from paint.   I was able to remove it with my fingernail and some scrubbing from the glazed part, but the inside bottom of the pot is not glazed smoothly and the paint did not come off and I didn't want to aggressively go after it.  I suspect some goof off would get it off if you felt the need.

The lower diameter of the pot is about 4 inches.

Note that I matched the Da Qing Qianlong Nian Zhi  chop mark online, but I am not an expert, so please check the markings carefully to confirm.   Given the food safety warning, I am assuming that this is reproduction!  I'm always grateful to learn more, so please let me know if this is incorrect.

Please look carefully at photos.   I try to document all features and any condition issues!  Please let me know if you have any questions and thanks for looking.
