1960 CADILLAC FRONT BUMPER LICENSE PLATE FRAME SURROUND GOOD CHROME SOLID

This is in decent shape with reasonable chrome. 

Its shiny but not perfect and has slight pitting and some heavier pitting to the underside, probably scraped a kerb at some point.

Good enough for a driver and perfect for restoration.

Removed from a 1960 Cadillac Sedan.
