This listing is for a vintage 1940s ivory satin wedding dress. There is NO size label but I estimate it by looks to be approximately a 4/6. PLEASE see the measurements so you can be sure it is close enough to be tailored to you!

This dress does have some small flaws and definitely needs to be cleaned!  There are no smells - but it is wrinkled and there are spots/marks on it from being moved around over the years. There are a couple spots I was able to find where the thread is loosening or there is a pull in the fabric. I tried to picture as much of this as I could, so please see photos and zoom in for best detail! Just please be aware you'll need to have a seamstress do a bit of work on this before it's wedding perfect! I would not wear this "as is" unless it is going to be a costume piece!

Details:

Dress has shoulder pads, zips down the side (zipper does work! Just be careful with it!), I do not think it has a current bustle, that will need to be added. 

Overall this is an absolutely gorgeous vintage dress! If it was anywhere near my size I would LOVE to try it on! It is truly a dream <3 

Measurements:

Waist (approx, taken where I think waist would lie, about 2" up from where the hip seam is): 14.25”

Hips (taken at seam, this then flares out so is forgiving on the bottom): 15.5"

Length (taken in FRONT -top of shoulder to bottom, back trails back and is quite long): 59”

Arm Length (taken from shoulder seam down): 22” at inside of wrist not including lace, this does go longer on top of wrist.

Shoulders across (taken from top of shoulder seam straight across to other shoulder seam): 17”

Bust (taken straight across, underarm to underarm there are darts however to make room for bust in front): 18”
