THE CONDITION OF THIS IS GOOD TAKING INTO ACCONT IT IS PROBABLY AT LEAST 125 YEARS OLSD.  IT IS DEVELOPED ON VCERY THIN PHOTO PAPER AS WAS USED IN THE 19TH CENTURY FIRST FOR EARLIER SEPIA TONED ALBUMEN PHOTOS AND LATER FOR EARLY SILVER GELATIN BLACK AND WHITE PHOTOGRAGHY. THE PHOTO HAS TWO BUMPED CORNERS,  THOUGH STILL LAYING FLAT AND INTACT  AND HAS LITTLE SIGNS OF AGING, NO TEARS, NO LOSSES, AND APPEARS SOMEWHAT FREE OF CREASING OR TENSION ON THE OLD PAPER FIBERS.  

while I don't as a rule offer returns, exceptions will be made if  the photograph --THIS TINTYPE-- is misdescribed in any manner OR detail of condition or reading of the subject THAT  changes the dating of the photo or MISLRE[SENTS the appearance of this photo as I have DISCIRBED  it.    For errors of  serious consequence i will  review my listing and when  warranted I will do the right thing!
