If you buy a few plants it's preferably with shipping costs.
Before the transaction please check out the customs regulations of your country (I do not send a phytosanitary certificate).
I am not responsible for stopping a package or destroying a plant by your customs office (I do not return the money in that case).
When you receive the products, I please give a comment
The shipping of new plants may be delayed if the previously auctioned plants will be delivered and I don't receive a comment (or information about receiving the package)
I send on the first tuesday after receiving the payment. I am sending the tracking number. Only registered packages !
I do not accept returns because I only send full-value plants.
If i notices any defects of bought plant during packing,
I will contacts the customer and we will try to find reasonable solution:
1. Return of full payment
2. Similar to plants for the plant purchased
