Antique auction find. Estimated 1980's. Printed on Rives paper. Debra Shingledecker is a Pennsylvania artist living in the New Cadtle Pittsburgh area. Nice item fir the horse racing enthusiasts.  Signed. Will be mailed rolled. Some light creases on the edge of the paper. Item is vintage and may have hard to see wearing from age.
