Returns
We are happy to accept returns in accordance with distance selling regulations

With the exception of faulty items:-

All returns requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item
Subsequent returns must be made within a further 28 days from the date that we authorise the return

We will not accept responsibility for return postage costs unless authorised by us in advance

All returns must be accompanied by a note including your full contact details and reason for the return

Please be advised that customers outside of the UK may incur customs charges when receiving goods in to your country. These charges are out of our control and NOT our responsibility.
