Measurement Guide

All measurements are approximate and taken with the garment laid flat and relaxed, not stretched.

Shoulders: Shoulder measurements are obtained by measuring across the shoulders, seam to seam.

Bust: The bust is measured across the chest, from side seam to side seam directly under the armpit.
If the measurement is 45cm, this measurement is then doubled to provide a bust circumference measurement of 90cm.

Sleeve Length: Sleeve lengths are obtained by measuring from the top shoulder seam down to the end of the sleeve cuff. For garments that do not have a defined shoulder seam, measurements are obtained from the armpit seam down to the end of the sleeve cuff.(Either measuring options will be outlined in our measurements.)

Waist: The waist is measured from side to side directly across the waistline.
If the measurement is 40cm, this is then doubled to provide a waist circumference measurement of 80cm.

Hips: The garment is measured from side to side directly across the hip line. If the measurement is 60cm, this is then doubled to provide a hip circumference measurement of 120cm.

Front Rise: With the front of the pants, jeans or shorts laid flat, measure vertically from the crotch seam up to the top of the front waistband.

Back Rise: With the back of the pants, jeans or shorts laid flat, measure vertically from the crotch seam up to the top of the back waistband.

Thigh: The garment is measured horizontally across the thigh at 5 cm below the crotch seam then double for the circumference. 

Leg Length / Inseam: The leg length/inseam measurement is obtained by measuring from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg. Straighten the seam down the leg to get a better measurement.

Bottom Leg Opening: Measure the bottom leg hem from side to side on the inside of the opening then double for the circumference.

Garment Length: Dresses and tops are measured from the shoulder seam, shoulder strap or from the back of the collar down to the hemline.
Strapless garments are measured from the front neckline down to the hemline.
Skirts are measured from the top of the front waistline down to the hemline.
Asymmetrical and fishtail hemlines are measurement to the longest point of the hemline.(Either measuring options will be outlined in our Measurements.)
