One Piece Valves are not finished from generic blanks rather they are specifically designed for each and every application. Supertech strives to maximize durability through higher fatigue resistance and tensile strength. Each valve tip is hardened beyond 52HRc. Stricter dimensional tolerances combined with finished seats with equally strict run out tolerances for better sealing, better performing and easier to install solution anywhere.

In 2006, Supertech introduced stem Superfinishing as a standard addition to all valves at no additional cost. Superfinish combined with a Black Nitrided valve reduces the surface roughness to 1/3 of the chrome coated valve for unsurpassed performance and durability.

Optimum high flow rates are achieved through manufacturing with the best angles for each application. Back cut, under cut and valve head angles per application are considered to produce the optimum high flow rates for each application.

Supertech manufactures their racing valves using only the highest quality materials available. They have spent countless hours studying these different materials as well as your applications to create just the right valve. Because of thermal fatigue the proper choice of material will greatly determine the valve performance and reliability. Supertech relentlessly tests new materials to provide valves with unsurpassed fatigue resistance. Steel, black nitride, sodium fill, iconel/nimonic alloy, titanium, titanium coating and molybdenum coating are all used in the production of Supertech valves.

Valve Springs are computer designed and manufactured from Superclean Chrome Silicon Vanadium alloy for most applications. Chrome Silicon Vanadium Molybdenum+Ni are used in high stress applications. Beehive Springs are also available.
