C-type/CF type (oblique cut cylindrical)
Features: Welding is carried out on the inclined part of the front end of the soldering iron head. Suitable for welding that requires a high amount of tin. The CF type soldering iron head only has a plating layer on the inclined surface, and only the material surface can be coated with tin during welding, so the amount of tin coating will be different from that of the C type soldering die head. Choose according to the welding needs.
Application scope: The application scope of C-type soldering iron head is similar to that of D-type cigarette iron head, such as large welding area, thick terminals, and large welding pads. D. 5C. 1C/CF, 1.5CF and other soldering iron tips are very fine, suitable for welding small components or correcting tin bridges generated during surface welding. Tin columns, etc. If welding only requires a small amount of solder, it is more suitable to use a CF type soldering iron head with tin plating only on the material surface. 2C/2CF, 3C/3CF soldering iron heads are suitable for welding components such as resistors and diodes. For SOP and 0FP with larger tooth pitches, 4C/4CF can also be used. They are suitable for grounding thick terminals and circuit boards.
