Beautiful Harlequin Quail figurine by Ernest Muehlmatt for Franklin Gallery. This limited edition resin figurine is hand-painted depicting a quail perched atop a tree formation. This highly detailed piece is marked to the underside with a brass toned plaque that reads, ‘Harlequin Quail by Ernest Muehlmatt, Hand Painted, 1982 The Franklin Gallery’. Measures approx 5 3/4" high x 8" long x 5" wide and is in overall very good condition, please note the following: there is a small nick to the tail that blends with the feathers, chip to the wing feather as well as a small chip to the base that due to the nature of the piece, blends well.
