Antique watercolor on paper under glass and in a gold washed frame by the listed artist W.F. Dell, signed in the lower right hand corner and dated '05 for 1905. Painting shows what appears to be men and women at the Netherlands coast digging for clams with fishing sail boats in the background. Painting is in excellent condition. Frame is in very good or better condition with some minor wear. Entire piece including the frame measures approximately 22 1/8 x 17 1/8. Painting by sight measures approximately 14 1/2 x 9 1/2 inches.
