INTERNATIONAL BUYERS are SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for any concerns on your country’s custom fee, taxes, etc. Items are worth at least twice what I’m selling them for, so if they are lost and insurance is involved, I should be compensated the same as you. TIME AWAY: I take regular time away from eBay and set an eBay message to notify buyers I am unavailable, but for at least 2 weeks of my time gone items are still available to purchase, but eBay should be notifying buyers that it won’t ship immediately. I am NOT responsible if eBay does not do that, and I am NOT responsible if you do not see that on your end. I see it and constantly confirm it on my end.
