Hit Parader Magazine October 1980 Rolling Stones Kiss, pictures document the defects very well but I'll add that the centerfold is loose as well and a few pages the print is off centered (picture) but it still reads well, everything else is perfectly fine, in excellent condition, Shipped in an acid free plastic sleeve. I carefully look over the entire magazine page by page so that your never surprised to see any damage that was never reported, I will report any notable defect!  I will be shipping this  sandwiched by cardboard to prohibit the mail carriers from bending it and to keep the cover from shifting around and wrapped in plastic to protect it from moisture.
