PAYMENT

All of my items are 100% authentic and come from a smoke free home.

I ask that payments be made within 3 days of auction close unless other arrangements have been made. You will receive an automatic invoice directly after the close of the auction. If multiple items are purchased please wait to pay until a combined invoice is sent to you.

If no contact or payment is made by the buyer within 3 days of the auction ending, the item will be relisted and a unpaid item dispute will be filed with eBay on the 8th day. I realize that circumstances may arise and payment may have to be delayed. All I ask is that you notify me and we will work something out.

All sales are final. Please note that colors may vary slightly due to differences in computer screen technology and/or settings. Therefore, this is not a basis for error on my part. Please ask all questions before bidding. If an item is listed as used, worn or preowned, it is just that and all defects if any will be listed. It will not arrive new unless stated as new. Everyone's opinion of condition will vary so again if you have any doubts please ask. I will not and do not sell any product I would not be happy to purchase myself so please be confident in your purchase.

SHIPPING

I'm a firm believer in fast shipping and do my best to ship the same day payment is received. I ship 1st Class, Priority Mail and Parcel Post within the US and delivery confirmation is included.  If your item has free shipping, it will be shipped the cheapest option unless otherwise stated and can sometimes take up to 7-9 days to arrive on the west coast. If you would like to upgrade your shipping method I would be more than happy to quote you the difference.

International bidders are responsible for all customs, duties, fees and all other charges that their country may impose. Also, I cannot be responsible for the amount of time it takes for your package to clear customs. I prefer to ship Priority International because it includes tracking and some automatic insurance included. If you prefer to go with First Class International to save on shipping please be aware there is no tracking or insurance available for this method.

Insurance will be included in the costs of most higher end items and international sales.  Please don't hesitate to contact me before purchasing the items if you have questions regarding the insurance.
