The Fishing Hole Game Vintage Handheld Electronic Fishing Game Works. It was produced in the late 1990s possibly in 1997 by Beyond Design Corporation.

I believe - no guarantee - this is a new, never used game. The protective paper (see photo) was still on the very old (fortunately NOT corroded) batteries. I removed the batteries. Requires 2 AA batteries - not included.

I tested it - turned it on, all buttons work. Did not actually play the game.
