This is a McDonald's Happy Meal Neopets 5" plush toy from 2004.  It is a green Gecko lizard in a bright green color with a yellow front and green and yellow eyes.  It has brown spots on the top of it's head and a long tail.  It has the tag attached to the bottom that has Neopets 2004 and the McDonald's M next to it with their slogan "I'm lovin' it".  It is in very good pre-owned condition.
