This would be fitted to dual master cylinder beetles, not the earlier single cylinder beetles.

There are some scratches, marks etc. as you'd expect from a used item of this age (40+ years old!), but overall it's in good condition and would benefit from a light clean up. 

What appears to be the original cap is included and is not split.
