This is a very cute 90s dress but very short. I think it’s best for petite 00-0 size if worn as a dress. Probably best for someone below 5’4. You could also wear it as a tunic top with leggings or a skirt underneath. It’s in nice condition by city triangles. Black with cream colored flowers all over and tie back to adjust tightness preference. The zipper slightly bubbles out shown in the last pic but should take form once on.
