This is a comic I picked up in a lot I bought years ago.  It was described to me as a file copy.  I don't know that is accurate. All I can say is that it is in VF or better condition based on my interpretation of the rating guidelines.  While I haven't listed in awhile you can see that I have received positive feedback.
