Black dyed on machined brass. Made in Japan.
This new S size model is slightly thinner than the original model and blends in with the camera with a low self-assertion.
Suitable for a wide range of cameras, old and new, from chrome bodies to black paint.
The top of the button has a gently concave curved surface design,
which naturally accommodates the finger without conscious effort.
The knurled side surface ensures secure screw-in when installing or retightening. An O-ring is included to prevent loosening.
As with the conventional product, removing the O-ring increases the direct feel to the shutter.
However, since it comes off easily, please retighten the O-ring before shooting.
Some cameras may not be able to be screwed in when the O-ring is inserted.
In such cases, please use the shutter without the O-ring.
The conventional product is more stable in the vertical position,
but it is also easier to use.
