Welcome to my Store, this listing is for a vintage and preowned - used in 3 occasions - handmade Pink color Ruffled Underskirt made with polyester Taffeta fabric, my daughter was a petite 7 years old, is 18.5 inches long and 17 inches around the waist without me stretching the elastic in the waist, was puffy enough for my daughter, the skirt is a complete circle form by 4 fabric panel 38 inches wide, was in storage for more than 25 years, is in excellent condition, maybe need a wash, I used to do it in this way, fill your washing machine with cold water and put the piece with some liquid detergent for few hours, kind of a soak, take it from there and rinse good under tab until you see no bubbles and just hang it over a plastic hanger and let it dry after that you can use you iron/steam and press, I never used starch, was made with lots of fabrics around the hips will be puffy enough, I made this piece to used with the pink Moire dress that is on sale in my Listings but is perfect to made any special occasion dress look gorgeous, just check the pictures, sold as is.
