This is a genuine, never-used Walbro part. Some Walbro parts we sell were manually inspected at the factory for quality, and have marker or paint markings denoting that the part underwent inspection. These markings are purely cosmetic, and the parts are otherwise unmodified. Some Walbro parts may not come in original packaging, as they were ordered in bulk and never put in Walbro branded packaging. We are working on adding images for our listings.
