The Item is brand new never used or washed

the lid was only opened for the first time for the picture for this listing, it has collected a tiny bit of dust on the lid as it's never been used but I've had it for a couple years

This is the most rare hydro flask I've ever seen, from my understanding it was a special order only available to Law Enforcement officers (this one specifically ordered  by the Multnomah County Sheriffs Department)
