How does Ceramizator work?

Ceramizers, as the name suggests, operate on the principle of the ceramization process. This phenomenon is closely related to the temperature that occurs at the points of friction between metal elements.

For ceramization to take place, four components are needed: (particles of the preparation, metal, oil and high temperature).

After the appropriate application of Ceramizator® - the diffusion process takes place, then the particles of the preparation combine with the metal particles and this is what creates the ceramic-metal layer. As a result, friction can be reduced, which automatically translates into longer life for all vehicle parts.

The use of the preparation improves the crystal structure of the metal mesh. The top layer is hardened and filled. The layer formed as a result of ceramization eliminates defects caused by friction.
