Up for sale is a Quake Big Box PC Game made by id software. According to the packaging, this game is "Not for sale in the United States or Europe" and is marked "QUAKE tm copyright 1996 ID Software Inc". Please see pictures for system requirements to be sure it will work with your particular setup before purchase. This is a very cool piece of nostalgia and would make an awesome addition to your collection!

As far as condition goes, this game is New Old Stock and comes sealed in its original retail packaging with its original price sticker still attached. However, outer packaging may show shelf wear consistent with storage which, if present, can be seen in the pictures provided.
