This was an estate auction purchase

I am not a professional in pottery but this bowl is vintage possibly antique. The bowl is signed with Artist Initials and also has a marking in the bottom that I was not able to find in my search. The bowl is heavy

The bowl has two small chip on the top rim and another one in the bottom rim - please review all pictures
