Pre-Owned USED Condition

This jacket has stains, wear, repairs, holes, rips, etc

Liner to the jacket in the collar area is gone as shown (Picture 9)

I found this jacket in Portland Oregon Area. Can't find any information on it. Judging by the tag and chainstitch its 80s or so.
