Framed and matted Old Brewster Mill by Robert Brooks listed Cape Cod artist...paper that was attached said this is a series of hand painted and original serigraph Cape Cod screens...I do no know if this is an actual watercolor or a serigraph...it does look like a watercolor to me..measures 14" x 16" in the frame with the actual art opening 9" x 11"
