The OLFA CMP-3 Rotary Circle Cutter reduces stress on the wrist with this patented ratchet-dial handle. Simple to use adjust the pivot-point on the arm to the desired size, between 1 1/2" to 8 3/4" wide circles. 

Insert the point into the material/mat, hold the ratchet handle, and rotate the cutter clockwise with firm pressure. The ratchet-action of the handle allows you to cut effortlessly using a "suturing the soup" motion with your hand. 

 Replacement blades: OLFA 18mm Stainless-Steel Rotary Blade (RB18). 

Always use with an OLFA rotary mat to protect your surface and extend the life of your blades.
