Missing / Wrong Parts
Upon arrival, all of our products are guaranteed new and in original condition. We can provide replacements for defective or damaged parts. If you are missing parts in your order, please let us know urgently and we will provide replacement parts free of charge as soon as possible.
Transport Damages
Although every effort is made to ship your items as safely as possible, items do occasionally get damaged during shipping. We will be more than happy to offer assistance in the event of damages and any other issues related to your order. If your item arrives in a visibly damaged state, please note that packages go long way and by the time they get onto the delivery vehicle they show some wear and tear. Please accept the delivery and simply let us know which parts are damaged and we will then arrange replacement straight away.

Shipping problems
