This all new Fast Flex Garment Vinyl is a revelation for garment
printers as it features an amazing
3 second press at 160 degrees C, no
pre-press required and weeds super quickly and easily to
speed up production times.
Unique PU Flex with the advantage of no pre-press required, warm or cold peel.
The lower tack adhesive backing makes weeding of large graphics and text quick and simple.
Choose from 2 application methods (high or low temperature).
123 Flex can be applied high temperature for optimal speed, or low temperature to minimise
scorching and marking of performance fabrics and textiles - making it incredibly versatile.
Fast Flex is a PVC free material for use on a variety of t shirts, hoodies and polo shirts.
Fast Flex can be peeled warm or cold and has a matt finish once applied.
Designed to be applied to Cotton, Polyester and Polycotton blends.
Fast Flex can also be used to
decorate polyester or performance fabrics simply by lowering the
temperature to
120 degrees C and increasing the press time to 15 seconds. This will avoid any
scorching from the press platens.
The standard width is 500mm and available in 36 colours.
