Notes on the main problems when using USB:

1, Why is the speed slow?

  • First check the USB interface of your device. The USB stick only works quickly on the USB 3.1 interface. On the 3.0 interface, the speed is slow like a normal USB 3.0 interface.
  • It's better not to transfer multiple folders at the same time, as this will slow down the speed. You can make them a package file first.

2, Why is the capacity smaller than described?

  • It is normal that the actual available capacity is slightly smaller than what we describe. This is due to the different calculations between computers and manufacturers: Computer: 1024MB = 1GB; Manufacturer: 1000MB = 1GB

Available capacity

The actually available capacity of the USB stick is lower than we have indicated due to the internal allocation for formatting and other functions. Typically around 92% of stated capacity.
