SHIPPING

Continental US shipping - Buyer pays $4.95 for shipping and handling in the continental US. Shipping will be via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation and the delivery time is 1-4 business days depending on your location. I will get this out within 1 business day upon receiving your payment. Most orders leave the same business day!

Non Continental US shipping and handling - Buyer pays $4.95 for shipping and handling. Shipping will be via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation. Estimated shipment time is 6-10 days. Non continental US destinations and territories outside the Continental US (Include Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, APO. etc.) UPS is not available to non continental US locations. APO shipments are not trackable per US military mail. We require insurance on all APO shipments. APO shipment times can vary and are generally 7-21 business days.

International shipping - (Asia, Australia, Canada, Europe, Germany, Japan, Mexico, South America and United Kingdom). International shipping is calculated shipment cost based on your location and you have a choice of USPS First Class mail International, USPS Priority mail International or USPS Express mail International. Use the postage rate calculator below. USPS First Class mail International general delivery time is 10-21 business days. USPS Priority mail International general delivery time is 7-14 business days. USPS Express mail International general delivery time is 4-7 business days. Returns - On rare occasion the need to return an item occurs. With your return, you must include the original invoice that was included with your shipment. Please write a brief description on the invoice as to why the item is being returned.  Before returning the item, please contact us to discuss the return first. In your email, please include your name, shipping address and specific item(s) that you wish to return and reason for the return.  

Return policy - We will take back any new and unused item and issue your Money back or exchange (buyer's choice) within 30 days from the date that you received the item. The only reduction in the refund will be the shipping and handling fee.  If the item price included shipping, the hard cost shipping that we paid will be subtracted from the amount you paid to determine the total refund.  There is no reduction for shipping and handling if we are replacing an item that did not arrive to you correctly.
