This Mozzarella and Ricotta Kit has enough ingredients to make 30 batches of cheese. Easy to follow instructions and you can have fresh Mozzarella in approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Kit includes: 2 ounces Calcium Chloride, 8 ounces Cheese Flake Salt, 8 ounces Citric Acid, 2 ounces Vegetarian Rennet, Dairy Thermometer, recipe book with pictures and very nice packaging. Please note: The recipe book includes the quick method and longer method. This kit makes the quick style of Mozzarella and Ricotta Cheese. If you want to make the longer timed style with Thermophilic culture, Lipase and pH strips which can take up to 10 hours, you will need to purchase these products additionally.  We cannot not accept returns on food based, perishable items.
