Please be aware that if your parcel is subject to customs inspection, then your delivery date could be delayed further. It is your responsibility to pay any applicable customs charges for importing a parcel to your country.
Royal Mail will not class an international item as lost until 1 month after the estimated delivery date so unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund until this period has elapsed. We will provide you with a tracking number when your parcel is dispatched, so please make arrangements to receive your parcel when it is due to be delivered.
Please be aware that if your parcel is returned because you failed to collect it after we had provided a tracking number, then we will deduct the postage fee before issuing a refund.
